Winding Hill Cemetery, Upper Allen Township, at the intersection of Old Gettysburg Pike and Route 15.
Jere Zeamer copied these stones in 1894, Helen Harman typed his notes in 1955.
In this cemetery, Zeamer took death date and age, and calculated the birth year, often skipping day and month dates on the stones.
I copied all the stones in June 2001, [added comments by me are in brackets].
Some stones are very worn, almost illegible, and there may be mistakes in reading them.

==========
Death of Aged Woman
At an early hour this Friday morning, Mrs. John Miller died at the home of her son, John I Miller, in Upper Allen township, a few miles east of Mechanicsburg near Winding Hill. aged about 84 years. The deceased had been in ill health for some time past owing to the infirmities due to old age. She was a woman held in the highest esteem by all who knew her and for many years has been a consistent member of the Mennonite Church. Having lived a life of usefulness at a ripe age she has falen asleep and is at rest.
She is survived by a number of sons and daughters. The funeral will be held monday morning, meeting at the home of Mr. Miller at 10 O'clock. Interment in the Winding Hill cemetery.
Note----
There are many Newcomers buried in the Winding Hill cemetery so it is not surprising that Nancy, Samuel Mumma's wife, was Mennonite. This is where they buried their son, Joseph Mumma, b/d 1849. I don't believe that Samuel followed the Mennonite faith. Also buried in this cemetery is a "Miller, Emma Newcomber, 1859-1953" This would have been the daughter of John Miller and Nancy Newcomer Mumma Miller.
