I Jacob M. Mumaw of the County of Frederic and State of Virginia do make this my last Will and Testament herby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made -
And first I direct that my body be decently buried in a manner corresponding with my Estate and situation in life.

That I direct that all my debts and burial expenses be paid as soon after my death as possible out of the first moneys that shall come into the hands of my Executor from any portion of my Estate.
Also I direct that a fair valuation and appraisment be made of all my estate including any household furniture according as the law dictates.
And I do hereby make and ordain my beloved wife Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
And to her I will and bequeth all my earthly goods, property, bonds, moneys or claims whatsovere as long as she remains my widowthat she be at liverty to sell either publically or by private contract such property as she may think best to pay all my debts and expenses, the remainder tis to be hers during her life provided she remains to be my widow - but if at anytime she marry and become the wife of another, I Will then that the amount of my estate in full be equally divided and promptly paid over to my six children or their heirs the property thus bequeathed to my wife is to be in liew of her dower if she may so prefer.
