MOOMAW
Susan Moomaw passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2010, at her home in Spring Branch, TX at the age of 59. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on December 3, 1950. She is preceded in death by her stepfather John Diefenbach. Susan had a 20 year career in the stock industry, working at several major stock brokerages in NY and the Charles Schwab office in San Antonio, TX. Susan met her husband Butch 23 years ago when he was in NY on business. He transplanted her to TX and she went to work building the homes of her dreams. Butch lovingly referred to her as "Sweet Thing." Susan enjoyed life and loved her family dearly. Mrs. Moomaw leaves behind her husband Lowell "Butch" Moomaw of Spring Branch, TX, her mother Evelyn Wallace of Vero Beach, FL, her stepson Nicholas Moomaw and his wife Laina of Houston, TX, her sister Carol Wilichinsky of Jupiter, FL, and her brother Ronald Wallace of Westbury, NY. Susan was blessed with 3 beautiful grandchildren; Emily, Reese, and Addie. A visitation will be held at Ebensberger-Fisher Funeral Home on Monday, March 22, 2010, from 5-7PM. A Celebration of Susan's Life will be held at Ebensberger-Fisher Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 23, 2010, at 10:30AM. Interment will follow at the Boerne Cemetery.
