Notes:
On 17 March 1828, Abraham's widow, Fronica (Veronica), petitions the court to become the guardian of her 6 living children which are all named - Catharine, Ann, Abraham, Fronica, Joseph and Maria all under the age of 14 years, three of them, Fronica, Joseph and Maria are under the age of 9. The documents states that Abraham died leaving no real estate and only a small balance remained in his estate, amounting to between $60 to $70. Veronica signs the document with her mark.
