Patsy Mumaw Pullias - age 85 passed away Saturday January 14, 2012. Born Monday March 8, 1926 in Circleville, Ohio to the late Paul and Nellie Dean Winks; preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Pullias she was an accomplished pianist, member of Gallatin First Church of the Nazarene and medical records librarian at Sumner Regional Medcial Center.
She is survived by her daughters Cindy (Dwayne) Dycus, Debbie (Roger) Claiborne, Cindy (John) Reed; sons Jack (Debbie) Mumaw, Michael (Katherine) Mumaw, Stephen Mumaw; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:30 Thursday January 19, 2012 with visitation one hour prior at Gallatin First Church of The Nazarene 407 N. Water Street Gallatin, TN with Rev. Tim Hancock officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday January 18, 2012 from 4:00-8:00 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1150 Dickerson Road Goodlettsville, TN
