Mrs. Ford L. Crist
Mrs. Geneva M. Crist, 62 of 405 Oberlin Rd., died in the Oak Hills Nursing Home, Lorain, yesterday after an illness of one year.
Mrs. Crist, as Elyria resident most of her life, was born in Ashland County, Dec. 27, 1912.
She was a member of the First Methodist Church. Her husband, Ford L. Crist, died in 1974.
Surviving are two brothers, Herbert Muman, West Palm Beach, Fla., and Gaylord Muman, North Palm Beach, Fla., two sisters, Mrs. Elnora E. Smalley, Ashland, and Mrs. Lucille M. Kline, New London.
Friends will be received in the Curtis-Scheuffler Funeral Home tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. The Rev. Ronald C. Merrill, Bethel Baptist Church of Savannah will officiate. Burial will be in Brookdale Cemetery.
The family suggests memorial contributions if desired be made to the American Cancer Society.
