Shirley Arlene Stephens, 83, of Woodstock, passed away on September 17, 2017.

Shirley was born on September 5, 1934 to the late Banick Mumaw and Beulea Combs.
She was preceded in death by a brother and three sisters; and a son, Jerry Lear.
She is survived by four children, Linda G. Stickley of Woodstock, June Dunn of Woodstock, Todd Lear of Edinburg, and Merle Stephens of Basye; a brother, Alston Mumaw of Woodstock; a sister, Lois Jordan of Conicville; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date. Heishman Funeral Service, Inc and Valley Funeral Service Branch, Bowmans Crossing are handling arrangements
