Mrs. Altie M. Moomaw, 56, of 5848 Gargasz Dr., Lorain, died in Lorain Community Hospital yesterday a few hours after admittance. She had been under a doctor's care.
Born in Hardin, Ky., Nov. 19, 1917, Mrs. Moomaw moved to the Amherst area from Willard ten years ago.
Surviving are her husband, Edward, to whom she was married 31 years; a daughter, Mrs. Charles (Suzette) Wolcott, Vermilion; two grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Earl Deck, Dearborn, Mich., and Mrs. Sophia Ross, Hardin, Ky.; two brothers, Huston and John Turner, both of Hardin, Ky.
Friends will be received in the Garland Funeral Home, Amherst, tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Robert W. Sutherland, Old Stone United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Willard.
