Jewell Blaine Moomaw Jr.

Mr. Jewell Blaine Moomaw Jr., 54, of Florence, passed away Saturday, Jan. 26, 2008, at his residence. He was a native of Michigan, attended Broadway Baptist Church, served as a volunteer for hospice, retired from TVA and was a U.S. Navy veteran.
Visitation will be 12:30 -1:30 p.m. today at Greenview Funeral Home, with a graveside service following at Pisgah United Methodist Church Cemetery at 2 p.m. Officiating will be the Rev. Ralton McCarley.
Mr. Moomaw was preceded in death by his father, Jewell Moomaw, mother, Mildred Moomaw and a brother, William C. Hardeman.
He is survived by nephews, William Glen Hardeman and Robert Kelly Hardeman and cousins, Marilyn Price and Dean Flippo.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southern Care Hospice.
