Obituary
Ellen J., wife of Frank G. Mumma, died on Saturday in Philadelphia aged about 28 years. She was a daughter of the late Jonas and Caroline George of Germansville. She is survived by one sister and one brother, Mrs. Rev. J. N. Bachman, Lynnport and A. J. George, of No 516 Union Street, this city. Funeral will take place on Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock from the house of P. H. Oswald, New Tripoli. Burial at Lowhill Church. Rev. N. W. Helffrich officiating.

MRS. FRANK MUMMA.,
The grim reaper Death called from her happy home Ella Mumma, wife of Frank (Mumma, of Philadelphia, on Saturday evening. Her age was 28 years. The interment was held in the Lowhill church cemetery on Tuesday, Rev. Nevin Helfrich, of Fogelsville, officiating. He preached an eloquent sermon from St. John 8 : 51. Deceased was well known in the upper section of Lehigh county. She was a daughter of Jonas and Caroline I George, of near Switzer. She was born on the 5th of May 1868 ; was married on the 25th of December 1890 to Frank Mumma, of Philadelphia. She died from paralysis of the heart. The scenes at the church and grave were very impressive. The floral tributes were great, including wreaths. anchors, etc. The remains were clothed in black and rested in a black coffin. Undertaker Snyder, of New Tripoli, had charge of the remains. One sister, Mrs Rev. James N. Bachman, of Lynnport, and one brother, Albert George, residing on Union street, Allentown, survive. Services were held at the house of her uncle, Phaon B. Oswald, of Tripoli.
