Joyce O. Hoover, 79, of Breese, and formerly of Brownstown, died at 6:20 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 7, 2011, at Breese Nursing Home in Breese.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Griffith Cemetery in rural Brownstown, with the Rev. Doug Wodtka officiating. Claggett Funeral Home in Brownstown was in charge of arrangements. Memorials: Donor?s choice.
Ms. Hoover was born on Aug. 18, 1931, in Avena Township in rural St. Elmo, the daughter of Clarence and Bertha Eyestone Muma.
She is survived by daughters, Deborah and her husband Jim Troxell of Brownstown, and Tina and her husband Christopher Jahn of Centralia.
