HELEN L. MUMMA, 94, of Haviland, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008, at Paulding County Hospital. She was born March 18, 1914, in Paulding County. She is survived by a son, John (Judy) Mumma of Paulding; two daughters, Brenda (Paul) Ladd of Grover Hill and Marsha (Michael) Miller of Defiance; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald V. Mumma; two sisters; and two brothers. Service is 11 a.m. Saturday at Den Herder Funeral Home, 1000 W. Wayne St., Paulding, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial in Blue Creek Cemetery, Haviland.
