Paul Eisenhower, 29 425 Underwood Street, and Bertha Mumma, 25, were arrested on adultery charges. Eisenhouwer was arrested several days ago on a charge of assault and battery after he allegedly slugged a young woman as she was trying to get out of his car.

John S. Mumma was granted a divorce from bertha D. Mumma and custody of two children, aged 3 and 6, for six months each year. The decree was granted on grounds of desertion. The Mummas were married on 26 September, 1934 at Belvidere. Desertion since Dec. 9., 1939 was charged. The plointiff was represented by Attorney Anthony S. Ingrassia.
