Alexis Athens Palmer and Rick Juneja were married Saturday evening at All Souls Unitarian Church in New York in a ceremony that incorporated Christian and Hindu wedding traditions. The Rev. Galen Guengerich, a senior minister at the church, performed the ceremony, with the Rev. Ami Bhalodkar, a minister affiliated with the One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in New York, taking part.
Mrs. Juneja, 34, is the director in the endowment investment office of the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York. She is also a founder of Curbed.com, a group of real estate blogs. She graduated from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Conn., and received an M.B.A. from Harvard. She was also designated a chartered financial analyst.

The bride is the daughter of Karen Mumma Palmer of Southborough, Mass., and the late Jeff Athens Palmer. Her mother, who is retired, was a cellist with the Wellesley Symphony and taught stringed instruments in the public schools in Framingham, Mass. Her father was a bassist who also conducted and played with the Jeff Palmer Orchestra, a dance band, and the Don Russell Orchestra.
Mr. Juneja, 36, is a senior director at Alvarez & Marsal, a management consulting firm in New York, where he is responsible for improving the performances of privately held companies. He graduated cum laude from Miami University of Ohio, from which he also earned a master?s in gerontological studies. He received an M.B.A. from Dartmouth.
The bridegroom is a son of Prem S. Juneja of Cincinnati, and the late Vandana Juneja. His father retired as a principal scientist for research and development in the beauty care division of Procter & Gamble there.
