Kenneth Mumma Jr., 38, of Reamstown
Kenneth Lee "Butch" Mumma., 38, of 84 N. Reamstown Road, Reamstown, was killed in an automobile accident Sunday evening on Route 897 in East Cocalico Township. An autopsy has been ordered. Mumma was employed for the last five years by Integrity Plastics, Denver. He was a U. S. Marine Corps Veteran. He was a member of Bergstrasse Evangelical Lutheran Church, Ephrata. A 1979 graduate of Cocalico High School, he had been active in the school music programs, playing the trumpet and several other brass instruments. He also had played in the Ephrata Concert Band for several years. Born in Pensacola, Fl., he was the son of Kenneth Lee Sr. and Joyce Lorraine Brendle Mumma of Denver. He was married to Wanda Ann Lausch Mumma for 12 years on Sept 26. Mrs. Mumma remains a patient at Penn State Geisinger Hershey Medical Center from injuries sustained in the accident. Surviving in addition to his wife and parents a daughter, Anna Lorraine, at home, a son, Kendall Lee, at home, two brothers, Robert Allen, married to Elizabeth DeAnn Moore Mumma of Virginia Beach, Va.,and Randy S., married to Wanda Sue Hufford Mumma, of Denver; and maternal grandmother Anna Brendle of Lititz.
