JOHN WILLIAM MUMAW
DIES IN WINCHESTER
John William Mumaw, 89, of Boyce, Va. died Monday morning at 11 o'clock in the Winchester Memorial Hospital. Born July 29, 1857, he was the son of the late John William Mumaw and Harriet Ann Orndorff and the husband of the late Ida Catherine Ewing, all of Frederick County.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. O.D. Perry of Winchester, Mrs. R.H. Shiley of Stephens City, and Mrs. H. O. White of Boyce.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon with relatives and friends meeting at the home of Mrs. Perry at 525 S. Braddock Street, And going from there to the Stephens City Methodist Church. The Rev. L. P. Tedrick will conduct services at 2 o'clock. Burial will be in the Green Hill Cemetery at Stephens City.
