Edith was born in Scotland to Robert and Georgina (Potter-Kindred). Edith migrated to Canada in 1907. She married Sidney Muma in 1914 in Canada. They had 7 children, Sidney E., W. Lloyd, George, Edith M., Robert, Sybil and Keith. They moved to the United States in 1923 and resided in McCloud, Ca. until the late 1940's when they moved to Sacramento.
