Peter Mummaw died Tuesday evening at his home, 1016 Main street, Akron, from a complication of ailments, aged 81 years. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran church of Ephrata.
Mr. Mummaw was a son of the late John and Elizabeth Mummaw and was a retired railroad repairman having been employed by the reading Railroad for 51 years.
There survive his wife, Emma (Williams) Mummaw; an adopted daughter, Mrs. Robert Eves of Lancaster and two sisters, Mrs. Herman Myers and Mrs. Anna Dobler, both of Lancaster."
