George Browder Mumma of Ridgecrest died Tuesday Nov. 17, 1992 at his home. He was 61.
Born Aug. 22, 1931 in Montgomery, Ala. Mr. Mumma worked as an electrical engineer for Comarco and had served in the Army from 1951 to 1953.
Mr. Mumma is survived by his wife Patty J. Mumma of Ridgecrest, sons George B. Mumma Jr. and William Mumma of Denver, daughter Julie Derks of Amherst, Colo., stepdaughters Sharla Jennings of Pittsburg and Deon Best of Mount Home, Idaho and 10 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 5 pm Thursday at Holland & Lyons Chapel. The Rev. Edward E. Jayne of United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 pm today at Holland & Lyons Chapel.
