Annamarie Schmidt TILDEN TWP. Annamarie L. Schmidt, 83, of Berks Co., and formerly of Lebanon, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2015, in her residence. She was the wife of Philip R. Schmidt, who died November 11, 2013. Born in Hershey, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Anna M. (Mumma) Loy. She was a graduate of Palmyra High School. Annamarie worked at Hershey Chocolate Factory, Victor F. Weaver Poultry, and last for Totes, Inc., Lebanon. She was a member of Faith Bible Baptist Church, Hamburg. Annamarie is survived by two sons, Pastor Erich L. Schmidt and his wife, Pamela A. (Good) Schmidt of Tilden Twp., and with whom she resided, and Philip A. Schmidt, II and his wife, Tresa (Sileven) Schmidt of Ocala, Fla.; four grandsons; four granddaughters; two great-grandsons; five great-granddaughters; and another great-grandchild is expected. She is also survived by three brothers, Walter Loy of Lynchburg, Va., Anthony Loy of Harrisburg, and Kevin Loy of Lawn; and two sisters, Sandra (Loy) Summy of Allentown and Amalie (Loy) Gingrich of Hershey. Services will be held on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. from Faith Bible Baptist Church, 138 Maple Drive, Hamburg, PA 19526. Burial will follow in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. A viewing will be held in the church Thursday 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Memorial contributions may be sent to Faith Bible Baptist Church Building Fund at the above address. Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., Hamburg, is in charge of arrangements.
