KENNETH E. (SHORTY) MUMMA
80, of New Port Richey, Florida, previously from Middletown, Pennsylvania, and born and raised in Springfield, Ohio, died Tuesday, January 20, 2004 at Gulfside Regional Hospice in New Port Richey. He was a systems analyst for the federal government and an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the American Legion Post 594. Survivors include two sons, Gary L. (Donna) Lancaster, Pennsylvania and James A , Middletown, Pennsylvania; a daughter Nancy Gutierrez (Bill), New Port Richey; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services were held at the Faupei Funeral Home in New Port Richey, Florida and graveside services were held January 27, 2004 in Middletown, Pennsylvania.

Kenneth E. Mumma, 80, of 57 W. Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, died Monday, January 19, 2004 at Gulfside Regional Hospice House, New Port Richey, Florida.
He was the son of the late Walter and Maude Bailey Mumma.
He was a retired systems analyst at Letterkenny Army Depot; a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II; and a member of American Legion Post 594, Middletown.
He is survived by 2 sons, Gary L. Mumma of Lancaster and James A. Mumma of Middletown; daughter, Nancy Gutierrez of Port Richey; 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services with military honors will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday in the Middletown Cemetery, with the Rev. James Grove officiating.
