Beatrice L. Mumma LEWISBERRY

Beatrice L. Mumma, 88, and formerly of Palmyra passed away, suddenly on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, in Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill, her daughter and granddaughter by her side. She was the widow of Paul A. Mumma who died October 30, 2002. Born May 8, 1925, in Boiling Springs, she was a daughter of the late David R. and Beulah V. (Ditmer) Wolfe. A 1943 graduate of Hershey High School, she was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Donegal Chapter. She enjoyed playing Bingo at local carnivals and traveling; having visited 47 states and lived in Colorado for two years. Surviving are her daughter, Linda P., wife of Rev Terry A. Mills of Palmyra; granddaughter, Rebecca E., wife of Terry L. VonNieda of Lewisberry; brother, Ellis R. Wolfe of Dillsburg; and sister, Millicent L. Prowell of Jacksonville, Florida. There will be no services per her request. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Beatrice's memory to Bethesda Mission, P.O. Box 3041, Harrisburg, PA 17105.
