John Edward Mummaw, 84, of De Soto, KS, passed away March 1, 2004, in De Soto. Memorial service will be 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 3, at Clearview City Church, Clearview City, KS. Mr. Mummaw was born August 24, 1919, in Kansas City, MO. Survivors include his children, Diane and Paul Moore of Independence, MO, John and Donna Harris of Kansas City, KS, Sheila and John Kraus of De Soto, KS, Kathy and Glen Baily of Leavenworth, KS, Jimmy and Laura Mummaw of Lenexa, KS, Joe and Kathleen Mummaw of Gardner, KS, Marjorie and Rick Blair of Roeland Park, KS, Candy and Pat Willis of Eudora, KS, 20 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
