Is his father Jacob W. Miller 63 that signed affidavits in 1894 for Mary, his mother in law? In the 1880 census I found a Jacob 57 and a Sarah 37 wife living together with step son Albert Anderson 4. Eugene is not listed but then he would be aged 15 so could be out of the house. Can I assume this is the couple that signed Mary Mumma's affidavid? Please inform. mumm6@yahoo.com
