Jeffery A. ?Jeff? Weller, 40, of Chambersburg, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2009 at the Falling Spring Nursing Center. He was born August 30, 1969 in Chambersburg, the son of Audrey (Mumma) Lissefeld and the late James P. Weller Jr.
He attended Christian Life Assembly of God.
He was a 1987 graduate of Chambersburg Area Sr. High School, and an avid collector of WWII memorabilia.
Jeff was member of the PA Nat?l Guard served in US Army during Desert Storm and worked for a short time at G.S. Electric.
He is survived by his mother: Audrey H. (Mumma) (Mrs. John) Lissefeld, Chambersburg, a brother: Terry L. Weller (husband of Trishia), a niece and nephew: Victoria and Jarrod Weller, all of St. Thomas; maternal grandmother: Beulah M. Mumma, Chambersburg and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father James P. Weller Jr. (May 16, 1997), his paternal grandparents and his maternal grandfather.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 10, 2009 at the Freedom in Christ Church with the Rev. John Pogue officiating. There will be a visitation from 6:00- 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at the Robert G. Sellers Funeral Home, 297 Philadelphia Ave. and one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday. Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens.
