Richard A. Locke Richard A. "Andy" Locke, 62, of Shade Gap, died Sunday, April 13, 2014 at Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill. Surviving are his wife, the former Denise K. Mumma and three children, Wesley R. Locke, Jesse A. Locke and Stacey N, Fields, all of Shade Gap. Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the Fair Ridge Assembly of God Church, 22776 Piper Lane, Shade Gap. Friends may call at the church 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to the service Thursday.
