It was only recently learned by Bernia Cline that Nora was illegitimate and was the eldest child of Lydia Mumma Markley. She has not been found in any of the census, although it is known that she was living in Baltimore when her mother died. Family legend suggests that she was only briefly married to a man named Jones. No known children.
