Marlin R. Mumma, 53, of 18 Brink St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Tuesday and charged with domestic battery after he allegedly choked a woman. Mumma was also wanted on a warrant held by McHenry County sheriff's police for failure to appear on resisting arrest and disorderly conduct charges. Mumma was taken to the McHenry County Jail.
