MUMMA---Mrs. Eva Belle Mumma, 83, formerly of 1326 Yonge St., died at 9:30 p.m. Saturday, April 21, 1962, in Freeport Memorial Hospital, Freeport, after a long illness. She had been a patient in the hospital for one week. Born March 6, 1879, in Forreston, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Kerlin. Lived 70 years in Rockford, coming here from Forreston. Married to Harry R. Mumma in Rockford, July 11, 1900. He died Nov. 2, 1960. Survivors include: several nieces and nephews, including Mrs. Elsie Price, German Valley; Mrs. Eugene Burke, Freeport; and Earl Fager, Forreston.
Services at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 25, in LONG-KLONTZ FUNERAL HOME, 428 Park Ave., with the Rev. Ronald Graham, pastor of Faith Lutheran Church, Forreston, officiating. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery. No visitation.
