In Deland Book p 154, Sadie Bell Ments Haines was the last member of the Ments family. She died March 2, 1927. Sadie died of dropsy and other complications. Sadie had been in failing health for more than a year. She was a member of the Christian Church. The funeral was held on a Saturday. Sadie resided in Deland for 30 years. Sadie's real name was Sarah.
