FORMER SPARKS RESIDENT DIES
William K. Mummah, retired Sparks railroad man, died Friday in Burlingame at the age of 75 years.
Mr. Mummah, a resident of Sparks for many years, was a trainman for the Southern Pacific Co., until his retirement a few years ago. Then he moved to Burlingame to reside. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, No. 726. His wife, Jean, died in 1943.
Surviving are two sons, Phillip J. Mummah of Burlingame and Klair Mummah of Redwood City, a daughter, Mrs. Arabella Marino of Palo Alto and three step children, Frances Fletcher of San Carlos, Robert Fletcher of Stockton and Mrs. Alice McGlaughlin of Redwood City.
Funeral services to which friends are invited will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. in Mountain View Cemetery. The Ross-Burke Co. is in charge of local...
