Keziah Rutter was first married to Robert Rutter about 1894 and had several children by him. Robert was killed in a tragic train accident in 1901 in Richmondale when working on the Railroad. He was with his wife's brother Jefferson Rutter
Per the Ross Co., OH marriage book, Keziah Rutter married Lewis Moomaw on 9 March, 1902. It is unclear what happened to Lewis, but Keziah married again in 1907 to a George Rutter and had additional children by him.
