Margie Arbutus Mumma, 84, of Hagerstown, passed away Friday, May 3, 2013, at Julia Manor Health Care Center in Hagerstown.
Born May 25, 1928, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Larkin E. and Blanche Jenkins.
Mrs. Mumma retired from Corning in Greencastle, Pa.
She is survived by one son, Daniel G. Mumma of Hagerstown; two sisters, Franny Miller and Jane Zimmerman, both of Hagerstown; one brother, Floyd Jenkins of Hagerstown; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Hubert Gehr Mumma; and one son, Lamont B. Mumma.
A graveside service will be Tuesday, May 7, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown, with the Rev. Mark C. Mooney officiating.
Rest Haven Funeral Chapel in Hagerstown is in charge of the arrangements.
