Last Will and Testament of Frank Muma Deceased
I, Frank Muma of lawful age and sound mind do make, publish and declare this my last Will and testament.
I devise to my son L.B. Muma, the real estate in Sedgqick County, Kansaa described as Lots Number 22 to 28, Block I4 in J.O. Davidson 2nd Addition to the city of Wichita, my wife to have posession of the above real estate while she remains my widow. And to my daughter, Mrs. Elsie Evans and my step sons, Walter, William, Charles and Thomas Boyce each ($5.00) five dollars. I give and bequeath and devise to my wife, Mrs. Claudia Muam all the remainder of my property both personal and real whatsoever and wheresover situated.
I hearby direct my wife, Claudia Muma to be the executrix of this will and that she be allowed to server without bond.
