Nothing more is found recarding Eli Mumah Sr. The Ohio death records of his son, Eli, Jr. list that his father was Eli Mumah and his mother was Louise Sworeland. Since they cannot be found in the 1860 census, it is likely they only had one child, Eli. Both Eli Mumah Sr. and Louise must have died not long after their son's birth. Eli, Jr. was likely raised by the Sworeland family. He was living with his Aunt in the 1870 Census
