GARLAND MUMMA DEAD
Garland Mumma, an inmate of the insane department at Bellevue, died Thursday afternoon, aged 55 years (sic). He was a native of Boonsboro and had been at Bellevue since July 3, 1880. He leaves two sisters, residing in the vicinity of Boonsboro. Burial at Bellevue.
