Mrs. Betty Muma (VanWingen), age 86, of Grand Rapids, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, March 27, 2013. She now rejoins her husband, Clayton "Bud" Muma; and son, Michael. She is survived by her children, Stephen and Marilyn Muma, Garry and Suzanne Muma, Maribeth and Lee McFall, Brian and Kimberly Muma, Thomas and Kathryn Muma; thirteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Lorraine VanWingen. Betty was an active member of the Northview Seniors and loved to line dance. She was also a charter member of Blessed Sacrament Church and remained as an active member. A Memorial Mass will be held Monday at 11:00 am at Blessed Sacrament Church. Interment of cremains Resurrection Cemetery. Her family will receive visitors at church one hour prior to the Mass. Memorial contributions to Friends of the Michigan Veterans Homes or Blessed Sacrament Endowment Fund will be appreciated.
