Bernadine Mumaw of Drums died Wednesday in Hazleton General Hospital.
Born March 5, 1937, she was the daughter of John and Freda (Gerish) Pfeil.
Bernadine was a member of Good Shepherd Church, Drums, and an avid camper and country music fan. She enjoyed her motor home and many concerts with her family and friends.
She worked as seamstress for several years before employment at Skippy Footwear and finally Kleen Vending before she retired.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arland E. Mumaw Sr.
Surviving are her brother and his companion, Frederick Pfeil Sr. and Loretta Payne; her three children, including a daughter, Alicia Pulings and her husband, Jan, Drums; daughter, Lisa Benninger and her husband, Paul, Sugarloaf; and son, Arland J. Mumaw, Drums; and eight grandchildren, Miranda, David and Olivia Errichetto, Logan Benninger, Amanda Flaim, Michael, Arland G. and Nadine Mumaw. Also surviving are several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at McNulty Funeral Home, 494 E. Butler Drive, Freeland.
Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 9 to 10 a.m.
Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Drums.
