Notes:
Betty J. Muma, 71, of Gladwin, died Sunday, Nov. 1, 1998 at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc after a short illness. Born Nov. 11, 1926, she lived in Roscommon County four years and previously lived in Flint.
Betty married Harold Muma, Sept. 23, 1944 in Gladwin. She worked as an assembly worker for A.C. Delco in Flint, retiring in 1987 after 32 1/2 years. She was a member of the R.L.D.S. Church in Gladwin.
Besides her husband she is survived by four sons, Michael, William and wife Diane, and Ted and wife Maria, all of Gladwin, and Mark and wife Tracey of Flint; two daughters, Beverly and husband Dennis Bright, and Tonya and husband Kevin Venable, all of Flint; four sisters, Margaret Fries, Geraldine Sheets, and Arlene Corlew, all of Gladwin, and Marlynn Clore of Beaverton; 16 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Larry in 1946.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. tomorrow (Thursday) at Hall Funeral Home, Gladwin Chapel with Elder Claude Smith officiating. Burial will be held in Butman cemetery in
Gladwin.
