Frank was born in Tyrone Twp., Perry County, PA. He married Myra A. Mumma on July 22, 1914 in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA.
Frank was the son of Samuel McClay Morrow (s/o Thomas W. and Mary Middaugh Morrow). His mother was Rosa E. Williams Morrow. His parents were married October 12, 1870 in Carlisle, Cumberland County, PA.
He was buried in Restland Cemetery, Loysville, Perry County, PA on September 17, 1943.
