Harold ?Rick? Mumaw Jr., 51, of Circleville died on Friday, December 12, 2014. He was born on October 5, 1963 in Circleville to Harold ?Jack? and Nellie (Wolfe) Mumaw Sr. He was preceded in death by his parents. Rick is survived by his companion; Heather VanSickle and her children; Madison, Mackenzy and Mallorie, siblings; Steve (Dorothy) and Jonathan Mumaw, Wendy ?Suggie? (Craig) Noble, Debbie (Dave) McCabe and by several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. at the New Life Church, 7766 Stoutsville Pike.
