SPRAGINS, Donald Kenneth, 56, of Brandon, Fla. passed away Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2003. He is survived by his wife, Dolores Spragins; son, Donald Kenneth Spragins, II of Brandon; daughter, Kimberly Helen Spragins of Brandon; mother, Winston Spragins of Tampa; two sisters, Ann S. Cowden of Clearwater and Brenda J. Stockton of Tampa. A native of Roanoke Rapids, N.C. He was a long time resident of the Tampa Bay area.He was a Viet Nam Veteran while serving in the US Navy. Services will be held at Stowers Brandon Chapel Monday, Jan. 13, 2003, 10 a.m. Family will receive friends Sunday, Jan. 12, 2003 from 3 - 5 p.m. STOWERS-BRANDON
