Margaret M. House Miller Mumaw, 89, of Frederick and formerly of Baltimore, died Sunday Sept. 7, at Homewood at Crumland Farms, Frederick.
She was the wife of the late George Austin Miller and Welzie Mumaw.
Born March 6, 1914, in Frederick, she was a daughter of the late Greenberry D. and Bessie Arnold House.
She was a member of the Dundalk Presbyterian Church and a volunteer for City Hospital of Baltimore.
She is survived by one daughter, Joyce Schaferbien and husband Robert of Abingdon; two grandsons, Mike Yankowsky and wife Denise of Red Lion, Pa., and Mark Yankowsky of Pylesville; one granddaughter, Kath Fachler and husband Bruce of Perry Hall; six great-grandchildren, Christine, Sarah and Jennifer Yankowsky, Katie Coco, Brianna and Ryleigh Fachler.
Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of funeral services at 3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 9, at the Donald B. Thompson Funeral Home, 31 E. Main St., Middletown.
Interment will be made in the Reformed Cemetery, Middletown.
