Born to Arthur Baxter & Cloteine E. (Hatcher Bartley. She graduated from Butler High School in 1957. She married Raymond Thomas Fassler October 19, 1957 Butler, Bates, MO and to this union 2 sons and 2 daughters were born. She was preceded in death by son, Randy, her husband, and her parents.
