The marriage records for Allegany County, MD list the following entries.
8 Apr 1903 David Muma and Betsy Rice
13 Feb 1809 Robert Muma [Mumow] and Betsy Davis ??????
9 Aug 1814 Jacob Mumma and Catherine Rice
22 Aug 1816 John Mumma and Polly Hoblitzel
Because he is mentioned in his father's 1792 indenture, he had to be alive at that time. I speculate he is the oldest son because he married prior to his brother, John. and is listed in the 1800 census as being between the ages 16-26. This would set his birth as 1774-1784. It is most likely nearer to 1784
1800 Census, MD, Allegany Co., Cumberland Town

Note: Her uncle-in-law, David Mumaw is living next door This suggests that Jacob has died.
Catherine Mumaw

The "heirs of Jacob Mumma of Allegany County, MD" are mentioned in his father's (Conrad) estate documents, recorded in 1837 so we know that Jacob's son is still living at that time.
