Barbara likely died before her father since she would have been under the age of 14 when her father died, yet a guardian was not appointed for her whereas a guardian was appointed for her older brother and her sister, Elizabeth. It is somewhat unusual in the fact that she was the only child baptized in Trinity Luteran. All of her siblings were baptized in the First Reformed Church..
