Abilene Historical Society, November 21, 1944 - Obituary - Mrs. John Bear
Mrs. John Bear, aged 76, died Sunday morning at Memorial hospital . Surviving are, the husband, John E. Bear, one daughter, Mrs. Seth Knapp and one granddaughter, Ellen Knapp and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the Evangelical church with the Rev. C.O. Bickel in charge. Burial in the Abilene cemetery. The body will remain at the Tufts-Danner Funeral Home until time of services.
