In the Probate Court of Stafford County, Kansas in RE Estate of Elizabeth A. Feaster, Deceased; R. R. Webb and Reuben Webb, Executor of Administrators.

Petition for Probate of will
In the Probate Court within and for the County of Stafford and State of Kansas.,
In the Matter of the Estate of ELIZABETH A. FEASTER, deceased
Comes now Reuben Webb and respectfully represents to said Probate Court that Elizabeth A. Feaster, late of the County of Stafford, State of Kansas, departed this life on the 13th day of April A.D. 1900, leaving a Last Will and Testament, which said Last Will and Testament is hereto attached, marked "Exhibit A", and made a part hereof. That said Last Will and Testament has been executed in all respects according to law. And your petitioner further says that the said Elizabeth A. Feaster left surviving her as her heirs at law Catharine Porch, John R. Feaster, Mary Webb, Millie Feaster and heirs of Joshua Feaster, deceased and Sarah Jane Thrush and heirs of Leana Moomaus, deceased.
And your petitioner further says that at the time of the execution of said Last Will and Testament said Elizabeth A. Feaster was of sound mind and memory and not under any restraint.
That in said Last Will and Testament the said Elizabeth A. Feaster did not appoint any Executor.
In consideration whereof, and to the end that said Will may be proved, established, performed and admitted to probate, your petitioner prays that the Court set a time for the hearing of said petition, and that upon such hearing said Last Will and Testament may be duly admitted to probate and letters of Administration with Will annexed be issued to R. R. Webb and Reuben Webb jointly as Administrators of Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth A. Feaster, deceased.

This is to assertify that I, Elizabeth A. Feaster, Bequeth all of my property to Levi Feaster's aires equal except Samuel G. Feaster only gets one dollar and Joshua Feaster's ars gets equal shairs and to Leana Moomaw's airs equaly divided and Cathern Potch? gets equal share and Marry Webb gets equal share.
John R. Feaster gets one dollar, Sarah Jane Thrush gets one dollar, Millie Feaster gets one dollar.
