Kathleen Mumma,

Kathleen V. Martin Mumma, 75, of 2366 Middlegreen Court, died Tuesday morning at St. Joseph Hospital following a brief illness.
She was the wife of the late Clyde S. Mumma, who died April 1, 1988. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Myrtle Morton Martin. Mrs. Mumma worked for 20 years as a court stenographer at Lancaster County Courthouse before she retired in 1978. Previously, she owned a secretarial service for 10 years.
During World War II, she worked as a civilian army employee in the ordinance division at the former Marietta Army Depot.
She was a member of Hamilton Park United Church of Christ of Lancaster. Mrs. Mumma was a member of the Town Club and the Elks Lodge Auxiliary, both of Lancaster.
Surviving are two daughters, Patsy A., wife of Robert J. Reinbold, and Sandra J., wife of Gary O. West, both of Lancaster; three brothers, Wesley Martin of Hyattsville, Md., Eugene V. Martin of Lancaster and Gary Martin of New Holland; four sisters, Gladys, wife of Jack Mahar, Evelyn, wife of Russell Snyder, Eileen, wife of Ira Mellinger, and Frances Martin, all of Lancaster; and two grandchildren.
