BETTY WIESER
LIMA ? Betty J. Wieser, 90, passed away March 10, 2016, at 6:45 am, at the Meadows of Ottawa.
Betty was born March 18, 1925 in Lebanon, IN, to Peter Samuel and Minnie Belle (LaRue) Mumma who preceded her in death. On June 24, 1950 she married Robert W. Wieser who preceded her in death on January 24, 2002.
Betty was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church and also a member of the Eagles #370. She worked at Excello/Textron for many years and was a volunteer at St. Rita's Medical Center.
Survivors include one Daughter, Sharon (Mark) Carroll of Bluffton; and two grandchildren, Brittany Carroll and Tyler Carroll.
She was preceded in death by a Daughter, Marilyn K Timmons; three Brothers, Sam Mumma, Jack Mumma and Bill Mumma; four Sisters, Mildred Burress, Mary Joe Warren, Joann Rhodes and Patty Price.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am at St. Rose Catholic Church on Tuesday, March 15, 2016. Father John Stites will officiate the service. Burial will follow in Gethsemani Cemetery.
Friends may call from 9:30 am until the time of the service at 10:00 am at the church.
